gala_applesSo weirdly enough my last crafty Kink Bingo entry is the first thing I thought of when people were still writing ramping up posts. It just took me this long to actually MAKE my idea, because that's how I roll. If I don't have a crafty deadline, shit doesn't get done.
Basically I like to buy a bunch of junk jewellery and take it apart and make nicer looking stuff. I had this one AWFUL wooden necklace, stained different shades of cream, blue and pink. The beads were all weird geometric shapes, and I took apart because there were these cream funnel shaped ones I thought I could use.
But as soon as I took it apart I realised that while seeing them on their sides they just looked like weird pink bananas, facing front I really liked these beads:
In fact, I REALLY liked them. Because they were all slightly different colours, which to me were the shades of flushed skin, and honestly they just looked like a spanked ass. Which is the hottest part of spanking fic to me, when the dom talks about how red the sub's ass is. And I was like I WANT TO MAKE A NECKLACE OF SPANKED ASSES! I want to smile when I wear it out and I get a compliment on it. I want to covertly spread kink!
But the question was how would I put them together? I obviously couldn't just string through the holes, because then it goes back to looking like a pink banana. I thought about gluing them, but that didn't allow any room for movement. So I figured if I weaved them with chain it would work. And then the problem became the holes weren't large enough, and the one I tried to drill splintered into a hundred peices. So in the end I had to use a circular file and grind the insides wider, which was SO TEDIOUS.
But in the end, two spanking necklaces. (I know the flash makes the white look weird, but it was the most accurate to the colours.)
