Without giving away my entire plot, I have a BBB related question. MC's obviously gay, I am a slash writer. MC has three friends, one straight, one bi. My question is about the last. He's gay but strongly denies it, bordering on internalised homophobia. He never talks shit about the MC or the bi friend, but he's also not comfortable with anyone calling him gay.

So, would you warn for homophobia? It's mono-pov, so the reader never deals with it directly. It's pretty noticable though. Less I'm bad because I have a crush on __ and I really wish I didn't, and more JFC, life would be a lot easier if __ just tied down __ and blew him and made him admit he liked it.

OKAY AND ON ANOTHER NOTE.

Second call. Anyone in
-Canterbury between July 21 and July 24?
-around Hampshire between July 25-July 26?
-London July 27-July 30?
-around Hampshire July 31-August 1?
-London August 2?

and would like to hang out for a few hours? Especially August second. Caty has to go to work that day, and I will be bored and alone all day, unless I hitch a ride to work with her and go chill with someone. But really, I'd love to see any of you at any time.

ETA I FAIL. SHE DOES NOT LIVE THERE. NEW QUESTION GOING UP LATER.

I've seen some "internalised homophobia" warning around... and with warnings, it's always better safe than sorry! :)

You could always warn for 'Possible Homophobia'.

Warning wise I'm going to second GD. It's always better to be safe than sorry.

I wish I lived closer to London, sadly I don't :(

over warning it is. i'm already possibly gonna get a fail stamp, (though i really shouldn't as i researched for ages. I even asked rl doctors and pharmacists) i don't want to get tagged for poor warnings.

sad panda gala. five hours drive according to google maps, that's way too long. maybe one day i'll go to other places in the uk.

*laughs* honey, I live in Surrey. I have no idea where you've got Hampshire from if that's where you're basing your little list off.

Re: warings I agree with greedy_dancer and turps on over-warning rather than under-warning. I'd probably use "internalized homophobia".
