So, Jasley lives in a place where there was a sudden storm, and she had a rough time getting home. And so I started to write her a happy chatfic to distract her from almost dying.

No, seriously. How does this even happen? It was supposed to be a few hundred words of Nawwww, Brendon and puppies. And it turned into a Brendon/Mikey/Pete threesome with Mormon drama.

I CALL SHENANIGANS ON MY OWN BRAIN. I also suggest if anyone wants chatfic they start talking to me, because apparently once I start I cannot stop.

So much for writing no_tags. *winces* Officially two nights left.

Okay, and on a complllllletely different note... anyone doing businessy type careers in the States able to tell me a few companies that went under? I don't pay a lot of attention to this stuff when it's on the news, which fucks me over for writing current events in fic. There was Freddie Mac, I know that. And a brand of car in Detroit... Chevy? (okay, google says Chrysler) Beyond that I don't really know, but I was sure there were a ton.

It just didn't stop! mormon!Brendon was volunteering at an animal shelter, and Mikey was the scary goth that didn't talk but his skeleton hoodie was covered in cat hair and he didn't seem to smuggle them home to sacrifice them so Brendon was trying to respect him from a careful distance. And then Pete came into the shelter to hang out with Mikey and started causing All The Problems, and Brendon found his values hanging on by a thread and then Gerard and Elena got involved and *wince*
