ok. i know i should have known better then to read daily snitch. i'd have to be crazy to want to read all the bullshit there. but i did.
i'm asking you, my flist, kindly: if you have a hatred for the weasleys, please unfriend me.
i don't mean the way that des things ron is a boring person to read. i consider boring neutral. if you'd never read fic with them, it's a neutrality. if you think other people are stupid for liking them, still neutral.
but when you get into posting about how thier family is rife with abuse, how arthur is corrupt and molly is creul and how the twins are evil. that's hatred.
now, i'm not sure how many of you have had interesting homelives. what with the amount of mental disorders, physical diseases, and death in my family, i consider myself to have a interesting homelife. i don't name names, but i know some of you also do.
and what i did to ignore said homelife was read. i've not always been a fanficcer, but i always have submerged myself in the book's world. and in every good book you read, you find someone to connect with.
i connect with the weasleys. generally poor, but the money they use goes towards having fun and loving each other. pro-punishment (aka howlers), but pro rewards also.
so seriously, if you want to bag on any of them, fuck right off. i don't care if you were the first person to friend me. FUCK OFF. the weasleys are lovely.
