In music heaven. Sum41 has a new cd. Dropkick Murphys has a new cd. Mother Mother has a new cd. Also finally got around to downloading No Doubt. IM FEELIN HELLA GOOD SO IMMA KEEP ON DANCIN!
Dropkick... you wrote a concept album about a Irish immigrant viewing his own wake. ♥_♥ And you covered Irish Rover as the last track. And each song has bagpipes. AND YOU'RE COMING TO WINNIPEG IN JUNE, TICKETS GO ON SALE FRIDAY MORNING AT 10. More ♥_♥
Sum41...you were the first band poster I ever had on my wall. I still think Does This Look Infected was your best cd, but I like them all. You nearly died in Congo while trying to help War Child Canada. You got threatened with deportation for singing a song about killing the president (I suddenly want Frank and Deryck to discuss their experiences). You have an alter ego 80's metal band (oh dear jesus, now I want Pain for Pleasure and Mad Gear and The Missile Kid to tour together). And now Deryck has divorced his wife, and they both have angsty songs about it:
